Ultra exclusive Aston Martin DBS GT Zagato revealed

Aston's second part of its most expensive new models yet built, DBS joining DB4 as part of Centenary collection

Aston Martin’s DBZ Centenary collection has been revealed in full, with the DBS GT Zagato joining the DB4 GT Zagato revealed earlier this week.

The £6m pair are the most valuable Aston’s built to date, and are sold only as a pair, limited to 19 models each.

A significantly revised version of the DBS Superleggera, the GT Zagato’s power comes from the 5.2-litre turbocharged V12, increased from 715bhp to 760bhp. An exclusive Supernova Red paint exterior colour, bare carbon-fibre accents, black and gold 3D-machined wheels and 18-carat gold badging adorns the beautiful body.

The interior is spared no detail with Aston claiming a world first in the use of carbon and metal 3D-printed interior finishes, with one of the coatings taking 100 hours to print and prepare.

The DBS's rear windscreen is removed to make way for a ‘double-bubble’ roof styled after the original, running from the front windscreen the back. The front of the car is also restyled with new headlights and a restyled grille, a unique wheel design and new rear similar to the Vanquish Zagato.

The DB4 GT Zagato is offered as a track-only car, because the specifications exactly match the 58-year-old original design, with an updated version of the original’s straight-six, 380bhp engine.
